Hi, my name is Hamza & I am 39 years old. This fundraiser is for my family to have a better life out of Gaza Strip. Gaza is no longer a suitable or a safe place to live, our lives keep getting worse. Me, my wife & our three kids – Karam, Rafiq & Mohammed – are suffering day after day. The war took our jobs & dreams.
Karam is supposed to be in the first year of school, but the war prevented him from completing his studies only one month after the beginning of the school year.
Rafiq suffers from digestive problems since the beginning of the war as a result of contaminated food and water, and needs to renew the treatment every two or three weeks.
We left our house in the early morning of October 9 and never returned. We have moved several times to find a safe place to stay. There is no good health care, food, water or shelter in Gaza. There is no job opportunities, we have lost every thing.
We will use this fund to get out from Gaza to Egypt then to leave for another country to seek refuge in. This fundraiser will help us to start a better life. It can be the reason for hope to survive & live a livable life after all we have been through.
